Artwork Specifications The quality of your artwork determines the quality of the imprint. If you do not have suitable camera ready copy (see requirements below) or have special needs, our art department can create or modify imprints to your specifications at very competitive rates. Call us at (800)310-5646 for more information or a quote.    Artwork requirements: Imprint artwork is required in a camera ready form sized in the proper proportions to fit the designated imprint area (the maximum imprint dimensions are specified on each product page). Scanned artwork should be provided at a minimum of 300 DPI (if possible, a higher resolution is preferred). We have the capacity to accept a wide variety of raster and vector file types in both PC and Macintosh formats. Call us at (800)310-5646 to discuss your preferred file format. Most raster (scanned) artwork requires conversion to a vectored format for the best quality imprint. See associated charge below. Artwork Revisions - If artwork revisions are required, we will advise you of additional charges before proceeding with your order. Artwork revisions are billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour.    Miscellaneous charges: The following optional services are available at the rates indicated: Paper Proofs - $5.00 for the first proof; $10.00 for customer generated revisions. Production Proof - Applicable set-up charges plus the cost of the item. PMS Match - $30.00 per color. Typesetting Charges - $10.00 per item.
